Our Policies Changes/Cancellations Round Trips must be canceled as two separate reservations. Changes and cancellations can be made by calling Special Rate Limousine LLC at 1888 655 4660. Full fare, including a 20% service charge, will be billed if a cancellation occurs less than 5 hours before the scheduled pick up time or flight arrival. Full fare, including a 20% service charge, will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated driver meeting area. If you cannot locate your driver, call Special Rate Limo at 1888 655 4660 or 973 583 7042. To avoid being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without communicating with Special Rate Limo. Special Rate Limo is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. Special Rate Limo does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes. Waiting charges begin 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on departures. After 15 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled departure. Waiting Time charges are assessed hourly. Stretch Limousine Cancellations (Applies to Stretch Limousines, Vans & Coach Vehicles). Cancellations within 7 Days of this reservation forfeit 100% of the total bill plus 20% service fee. Otherwise, 50% plus 20% service fee of the total bill will be forfeited without exception Special Rate Limo will not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns. Our company reserves the right to substitute vehicle in the event the limousine company for reasons beyond it's control unable to perform under this agreement, it's liability is limited to a full refund of money is paid by customer, and shell not exceed the deposit paid. I understand if cancellation is made there will be no refund of deposit. Special Rate Limo assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, or for any items left in the vehicle. Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s). Client agrees that the passenger capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by his/her party during service, either willfully or accidentally. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement. Special Rate Limo reserves the right to cancel any Service without Refund, if the Operator or the Office feels that the Renter/Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or The Mode of Transportation or The Renter/Party of the Renter in danger of Injury. Or if the Renter/Party of the Renter is in the possession of any Illegal Material or Substance, this service will be canceled without refund. Terms and Conditions Special Rate Limousine LLC accepts American Express, Discover, and MasterCard & Visa. All rides are billed to a customer's credit card. Special Rate Limousine automatically charges a customer's credit card with gratuity. Gratuity will be billed with the fare. It is not necessary to give the driver any cash or your credit card unless you are told by the management. Additional gratuities or cash given to the driver is at your own discretion. Rates: * Base fare operates on a point-to-point basis. * Waiting time, tolls and stops are additional charges. * If you need additional services, ask for the price at the time of reservation. Additional Services: * Tolls, (If any) * Parking (If any) * Child Seats(free) * Airport Fees and taxes (If any) Waiting Time: * For airport pick- ups; A 30 minute grace period is given after posted flight arrival time. * For non-airport pick-up-ups; A grace period of 10 minutes is given. * Once grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged at the appropriate vehicle hourly rate in 15 minute increments. Extra Stops: * Extra stops en-route are charged $10.00 for up to 10 minutes * If stop time is over 10 minutes, the appropriate vehicle waiting time charges applies. * Out of route borough stops: Full fare. Hourly Charges: * Limousine, Van, Buses: Call For a Quote * Sedans, SUV are charges $55/$45/hour 3 hour minimum. * Out Of Manhattan: sedans are charged at point to point rates plus applicable charges for waiting time, tolls, stops and additional services for all states, excluding New Jersey. Corporate Accounts Opening an account with us will allow you to travel at ease. You no longer need to show us your credit card anytime will pick you up or drop you off.
