Standard Terms and Conditions –Value Membership Card Membership or membership renewal of the Value membership card program requires the cardholder to accept without reservation the present Standard Terms and Conditions as well as any subsequent updates. PROGRAM SPECIFICATIONS: Value Customer Membership Card is issued by Management of Special Rate Limousine LLC aims to allow cardholder to benefit from the advantages outlined when riding or using our limousine service. The program is designed for the individual or corporate customers who use our Limousine service(s). The card is transferable but may not be used as a means of payment. Value Customer Cardholder acknowledges that the program maybe modified, in whole or in part, at anytime. In this case a letter specifying the new standard terms and conditions as well as time and date on which they take effect will be sent to each cardholder. PROGRAM BENEFITS ACCUMULATION OF COMPLIMENT POINTS The Value Customer Membership Card entitles the cardholder to: a reduction of 10% on the basic fare (Tax, tolls Gratuity, parking or others not included) For example if the basic price is $100.00 your 10% discount will be10 points equivalent of $10.00 which can only be used for service. No cash out. For any service with Special Rate Limousine that includes at least one ride a cardholder will earn complimentary points according to his/her spending. The complimentary points maybe redeemed at anytime however you must at least have 10 points to do so. Though you may transfer your card to friends or relatives but you’re the only one that can redeem your points at anytime. For Example if a friend or relative uses your card to book for a ride or services with us the points acquired will be credited to you. A cardholder will need a code to access or redeem your accumulated points. CARD WITHDRAWAL Any use of the Value Member Card is contrary to the present standard terms and conditions maybe sanctioned by immediate cancellation of the card, its advantages and all the compliments points earned and the cardholder cannot claim any compensation whatsoever. MISCELLANEOUS The information collected at the time of subscription and use of the card will be processed to take into account the cardholder’s request and provide expected services. The information is intended for Special Rate Limousine LLC only. The Cardholder may communicate ,on his/her own initiative, information concerning third party partners participating in the program either to obtain a service or a bonus or to have partner’s transaction recorded and transmitted. Consequently, the cardholder accepts that this information be communicated by the third party to Special Rate Limousine LLC to be integrated into his/her customer account. It is up to the cardholder to ensure compliance with any legal, fiscal or social obligations to which he/she may subject . Special Rate Limousine will not be held liable for such obligations for any reason whatsoever. In the event of a dispute between a cardholder and Special Rate Limousine LLC, the parties agree to reach an amicable agreement.
